We have experinced several interest increase over the past 12 mths. There was another one last week and would be one more in Dec or Feb. However, while the real estate market gets quiet after each rate increase, it seems there isn't any impact on our Chinese in Austep. Are we all rich or we live in a completly differenct world? |
