Funeral Service Wednesday 17th July – 11:30am Centennial Park, Heysen Chapel 760 Goodwood Rd Pasadena Celebration Service Saturday 20th July – 3pm Parkside Baptist Church (Location for monthly bridgebuilder meetings) 100 Young St Parkside We hope the Celebration Service on Saturday in particular will be a time of joy and thanksgiving as we reflect on Silvia’s life and ministry. During the latter part of this Celebration service there will be an opportunity for you to come forward to share your thoughts, memories and feelings about Silvia. If you have something that you would like to share, may we encourage you to put it into words and come prepared for this very special time. Also, if you would love to share something that is on your heart, but feel too nervous to come forward and speak, we do not want you to miss out! Someone could read out what you have written on your behalf, or we could put it up on a power-point slide. We ask that each contribution be under two minutes so many can have an opportunity to participate. We know this will be a time of great blessing as we have the opportunity to openly pay tribute to our beautiful friend Silvia as we share our love, experiences and emotions. If you would like to let us know by email if you can share that would certainly help us with our planning. However, if you just feel inspired to share on the day, and have not let us know please don’t let that be a barrier. |
