The course proper commences at 7pm on Friday the 12th of July. Please ensure that you arrive at Forest Edge early enough to register your attendance and settle in to your accommodation well before then. Meals are not provided on the Friday night. Please let me know via return email if you have any special dietary requirements or if you have a friend/family member you would like to be roomed with. Participants are required to bring the following items with them for the weekend: Toiletries – Soap, Deodorant, Toothbrush, Toothpaste etc. Towel(s) Bedding – Pillow, Sleeping bag (or top sheet and doona) Warm comfortable clothing (for wearing in lectures) “Hunting” clothes – long pants, comfortable and sturdy lace up footwear, wet weather gear Any medication you require Spending money. ADRF Books, ADA Merchandise, Moroka30 and some of our presenters will have merchandise for sale at the course. There will also be a limited bar and snack service available for participants and a raffle with some excellent prizes on offer. There is no need to bring firearms as they are not required at the course. If you do need to bring them (e.g. you are travelling and intend on going hunting after the course) please notify us when you check in and we will secure them for you.
