We currently have 4 vacancies in the Policy Services team of our xxx Retail Services Division Based in Melbourne, these roles are temporary. There may be the opportunity of a permanent position with further career progression for the successful job holders. We are seeking strong candidates with the following experience:- Customer Contact Team (1) Role involves the allocation of all incoming mail and candidates must have strong organisation skills and enjoy administration. Customer Contact Team (1) Taking on average 80 telephone calls per day, the applicants must have 2-5 years experience of working in a Call Center environment. Policy Alteration Team (1) Previous administration experience required. Contractual Events Team (1) 2-5 years proven administration experience required, either in the Banking and Finance area, or in a Superannuation environment.
