请教各位大大， 有一套自住房, 有一个宝宝, 公公婆婆要来移民来了, 如果把自住房让给他们住, 我们正好搬到一个好学区租房子住上几年, 能不能申请rent assistance(有在领一些FTB-A), 刚看了centrelink网站发现一条， Rent Assistance is generally not payable if you: have a tenancy agreement (lease) with a state or territory housing authority own or are buying the home in which you live (except for mobile and relocatable homes) are a homeowner travelling away from your principal place of residence for less than 12 months 这最后一条是不是说,我要是离开了自住房的12个月之内不能领?  |
