Software Support / Helpdesk - Mandarin & English Speaking

A Global IT company has an amazing opportunity for a bilingual Mandarin/English speaking Software Support Technician for the Asia Pacific region.

It is essential that you speak both Mandarin and English fluently.

Your responsibilities will include providing the first point of contact for all Software Support calls from China providing technical assistance to resolve software related problems, and escalating more complex issues.

Essential requirements:

•        Excellent bilingual communication skills
•        Customer Service experience
•        Relevant qualifications and/or knowledge of Unix, Windows or Networking
•        Strong organisation skills
•        Ability to work shift work between the hours of 8am - 11pm.

This role will be a 10 month contract, and is offering a fantastic salary package of up to $58K inc Super.
