Also, there is the option to work four days per week from 8am to 6.30pm and enjoy an extra day off during the week or work a rotating roster between 8am and 6.30pm five days per week. There is also one Inbound Account Manager role in the Call Centre available. The requirements for this role are: Great communication skills Have the ability to meet and exceed KPI’s Have competent keyboard skills Have previous call centre experience – Telco exposure would be even better Once again on-going training will be provided in this exciting and supportive team and there is the option to work four days per week from 8am to 6.30pm and enjoy an extra day off during the week or work the traditional 9am to 5.30pm five days per week. |
