RESPONSIBILITIES: • Follow Product Development Process guidelines • Establish, maintain and track a project plan using the business case and the mandatory product specification provided to identify the resource requirements, project budget, deliverables and timescale • Regularly maintain the project file in the allocated project folders • Manage a multi-functional project team and negotiate resource commitment from various functional manager and external contractors and suppliers • Interface and deal with stakeholders and project sponsors as required • Negotiate any outstanding or obscure requirements between competing sponsors • Provide project progress report • Mentor project engineers KEY CRITERIA: • Engineering / Science degree or relevant tertiary qualifications. • 2-4 years experience in a technical role which included Project Management • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Experience in development and manufacturing environments desirable • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Team building skills 有兴趣的可以发CV给我哦! xkmail@gmail.com 只负责转发给HR,没有其他obligation滴~~~ [ 本帖最后由 maplefire 于 2007-5-10 14:01 编辑 ] |
