Symantec’s Global Channel Office Infrastructure Operations Team are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Symantec’s extranet, and need a multi talented HTML Editor with Customer Service Experience to work as a regional contact whilst maintaining the current content on the website. You will work as part of a global team and your responsibilities will include:- Acting as regional contact person for team Building HTML pages, adhering to corporate brand guidelines Posting web content using a Content Management System (Interwoven; Team Site) Gathering requirements and information from multiple sources Liaising with internal colleagues in different time zones As this is a corporate role, a good grasp of English grammar including spelling is essential. Second languages such as Simplified Chinese/ Traditional Chinese/ Korean or Japanese are especially welcome. Education and Experience:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience HTML (Using software and hand coding) CSS Macromedia Dreamweaver Adobe PhotoShop Experience working and reporting remotely The ability to be resourceful and gather requirements and information from multiple sources A second language would be highly regarded.
