The Banking Services Representative is a branch-based, senior sales and service role. The BSR will be strongly focussed on profiling customer needs, recommending solutions and then fulfilling the needs of small business and mortgage customers (including broker sign-ups). The BSR will be accredited to fulfil many of these more complex needs on the spot and in this way provide a superior in-branch customer experience. The BSR will work with Home Finance Managers, Business Finance Managers and other business partners as appropriate to satisfy customers’ needs and achieve sales targets.
