Good commminication skills in english, It is a client-facing role with alot phone support. 1. Linux = Good(Apache,postfix,sendmail,mysql,php.....) 2. Windows = Moderate (Don't mind learning and developing in Windows area if needed. ) 3. Cisco = Highly desirable!! Salary: $60K~70K package. It is a Level-3 role,there are 2 Leve-1 supports to cover the front line. However if the Level-1 are busy, the Level-3 is exptected to support disgusting Level-1 issues such as domain registration,trouleshooting email problems. It is suitable for the 2nd job of new immigrant who has 1 year local experinece who want to learn in big IT environment and improve english.
