在IPO的Prospectus中，看到有些offer only open to persons who: · receive an invitation to apply pursuant to the Foundation Offer; · are clients of selected brokers and receive a Broker Firm allocation; · are domestic Institutional Investors etc 然后说 There is no general public offer. 这样的话是不是我都不能申请，如果想申请Broker Firm Offer该怎么做呢？ 多谢！ |
