Dear all, I wish to ask for your kind help for some information. My mother in-law will go back to China through Shanghai soon. She can't speak English and not very good at speak mandarin (but she is in good health and can understand mandarin without any difficulties). I hope she can have a company on her journey as she is not confident to go through the immigration and take the flight properly by herself. My family will pick her up from Shanghai pudong airport.
