以前听朋友说过,HSBC有汉语客户服务,但是都是英语着来做,而且,多数是碰到印度朋友的卷舌音,今天碰巧有事,结果验证了这条传言。这位哥么人还算nice,解释说没有充足的人力来做,但是HSBC既然在网站上标出汉语服务特定的号码,就应该派遣专人来负责,要是英语不好的,还以为打错电话了……在基本会码点英文字母的情况下,搞了份mail投诉一下: Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to complain your Personal Banking Customer Service. I founded Mandarin Service on your web site today, so I called your customer service centre for some questions about how to transfer money to China. The person who spoke to me is very nice, but he is not a Mandarin speaker. It is hard to have a good conversation if someone's English is not good enough. I would like to suggest that if HSBC said "We have Mandarin Comtomer Service", then HSBC should have! If HSBC haven't, please let us know about it and correct the information on HSBC's web site.
