Exetel 真是越来越可恶了！

大家有没有觉得Exetel 越来越可恶？
最近老是改来改去，今天居然将off peak period from: the current 12 midnight to 12 noon or 2 am to 2 pm periods 改成了 2 am to 8 am 。
真是愤怒
