租客搬走，因损坏地毯扣700，转入中介trust account, 中介转给我时扣了管理费和其他费用，对吗？我问中介为什么不是租金还要扣管理费，中介的答复是：Management Fee is charged on all monies (excluding water usage) that are received through the trust account. The other fee is the monthly administration fee. 虽然钱不多，但是挺气的，我要怎么办？ |
