Hi There, Along with building new house, I am thinking to add upgrade to build concrete elevated balcony. The 2 sides of balconey will be fixed onto the exsiting walls. Size is about 20 sqm. No cover is needed. It is off the ground for 2~3m Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Share To save the cost , I am thinking of skipping floor finish ( just keep the raw concrete finish ) and do the balustrade later. Does anyone have similar experience or know how much this will cost me ? |
