悉尼小Unit装修浴室, strata要求先交费1330申请.

30年的老Unit小浴室, 打算普通装修 换瓷砖, 防水, vanity,show screen, 找了正规licence handyman pty ltd quote1万. 自己买材料,
提交了handyman licence 等所有报价和信息,

strata回复如下:  现在业主装修一下都这么困难?  请问住unit都是这样吗?

This would require a common property rights by-law and approval at a general meeting.
Common property rights by-law, consolidation, lodgement, and registration fee: $1,000.00
Extraordinary General Meeting: $330.00
Please provide consent that you agree to pay the above.

The $1,000.00 is for us to provide the common property rights by-law, consolidation of all the by-laws and add your common property rights by-law. Then a strata solicitor will need to lodge the consolidated by-laws at NSW Registry Services and pay for the registration fee.
