Please let us know if you were under the impression that the property was being sold with any further improvements (e.g. pergola, a granny flat or a pool etc.) as this would need to be clarified. 中介并没有以granny flat打广告，但这个房子的后院独立房间明眼人一看就是granny flat。请问这种情况下，是否罗列在合同里有区别吗？ |
