隔壁部门招人，写了JD来问我意见，我觉得技能写得离他们实际工作需求比较远，不过既然有坑我来公布一把，中国人帮中国人哈。 这个职位是支持部门里面已经有的一堆的app，保证顺利运行-不当机，及时准确生成各式各样的报表给客户，诊断数据问题等等。有紧急问题发生的时候需要开major incident call 摇人来处理，及时公布incident处理的进度等等。需要一定的技术背景：数据库，unix，cloud，各种programming language 等等，达到能听懂call里面在讨论什么、了解进展如何、驱动问题解决、把这些转化成非技术人员能听懂的语言的程度。 还有各种数据流，在各个新老系统中的转换，诊断数据问题出在哪里，需要比较强的trouble shoot 和挖信息的能力。 这个是他们招人的条件： Education and Preferred Qualifications: • B.S. degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred • 5 – 7 years hands on Production support experience • Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to details skills. • Strong written and verbal communications. • Must be deadline oriented with the ability to provide technical expertise to resolve daily problems. 薪水这个级别是110K Base起步根据个人合适程度可谈吧。 hybrid工作模式。 有兴趣的朋友请私信我详谈。最好尽快。 |
