自住房第一年出租半年，收到罚款一万二 开始是按自住房买的，由于孩子新学校还没开学的原因，第一年就出租了6个月，然后圣诞节后入住了连续一年。本来过去了三年多了的事情，我们中介当时说只要是买的自住房一年之内入住，然后住满一年就符合transfer duty concession的条件，结果今天收到罚款一万二，真的不知道澳洲的规定啊，有什么办法补救吗？ S.153 of the Duties Act 2001 states that to claim the home concession, you may not grant exclusive possession to another person within 1 year of the transfer date. You have clearly granted a lease to another person three weeks after the transfer date and have therefore failed to meet the occupancy requirements to retain the full amount of the home concession.
