自住房第一年出租半年,收到罚款一万二 开始是按自住房买的,由于孩子新学校还没开学的原因,第一年就出租了6个月,然后圣诞节后入住了连续一年。本来过去了三年多了的事情,我们中介当时说只要是买的自住房一年之内入住,然后住满一年就符合transfer duty concession的条件,结果今天收到罚款一万二,真的不知道澳洲的规定啊,有什么办法补救吗?
