We would like to refund this to you via EFT. Option 1: Self-Serve Portal You can now register for QRO Online and add your bank details directly. The information for how to register can be found on the following link: https://qro.qld.gov.au/qro-online/create-account/ To add bank details once you are registered on QRO Online, go to the Manage Details section, and select the Bank Details tab. https://qro.qld.gov.au/qro-online/bank-details/ Please advise me when you have added your bank details, so I can initiate your refund. Option 2: EFT Form If you do not wish to register for the portal above, you can fill out an EFT form. The EFT Refund form can be found on the following link: https://www.publications.qld.gov ... ft-application-form You will need to provide us with both of the documents below: Completed EFT Refund form A copy of the corresponding bank statement header or electronic bank statement header (showing the BSB, account name, account number and bank logo - matching the EFT form) Note: We do not need to see any financial information. Could you please respond to this email at your earliest convenience. If we do not hear from you by 09/09/2024 the credit may be moved to our Unclaimed Money Account in preparation for moving it to Public Trustee Office when the prescribe timeframe outlined in The Public Trustee Act 1978 has been reached or when any of the circumstances outlined in the Corporations Act 2001 have been met If you are concerned about the authenticity of this request, please search Queensland Office of State Revenue online, then ring the 1300 phone number and navigate to the Land Tax area.
