我妈妈已经澳洲居住满十年了，现在申请养老金，因为妈妈十多年基本都是和我住，国内的房子就我爸一个人住，centrelink要求是凡是没在自己房子居住超过一年的需要提交这个 form, 但其中一个问题我不确定 What is the legal description of the property (for example, lot, section, parish – this may appear on the rates notice)? 我觉得中国一般公寓应该是 LOT? 但是问题是还需要提供“ Provide a copy of the latest council rate/valuation notice.” 就是澳洲council rate,但是问题中国没有这样的文件啊， 请问有谁可以分享下经验么，谢谢 |
