Job Description Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be part of a team that is committed to supporting each other while being compliant and following necessary protocols to ensure Financial accuracy for the Business and its stakeholders. The key responsibilities of this role are: Coordinate with the team in China to ensure that all the invoices both the receivable and payable side have been accurately managed. Assist in the preparation of the financial statements, working alongside the Finance Manager. Help maintain and reconcile the general leader, bank, and balance sheet accounts. Being a key part of the internal and external auditors allowing you to work with external stakeholders. Liaison with other departments like sales, after-service sales, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure financial accuracy Ensuring that the Australian accounting standards are maintained to compile with policies and regulations set out by the organisation and the other entities. To be successful in this role you will need to be: An excellent communicator, fluency in Mandarin would be preferred Ability to build relationships with different stakeholders and other team members A Degree in Accounting and Finance Experience using SAP is preferred but not necessary |
