如题，昨天收到Coles Reward信用卡的通知 We are increasing the International Transaction Fee for Retail Purchases and Cash Advance transactions. The International Transaction Fee Waiver is being removed on the Coles Rewards Mastercard® and Coles Rewards Platinum Mastercard®. ================================================================================= 本来用这卡就看中海外网购或者出国消费没有手续费，这下凉了 • We are changing the Earn Rate on certain Coles Mastercard products.
