大家好！ 我最近在准备帮父母申请143签证，我在填写47PA的时候，看到上面有写143申请的地点要求，通常是需要申请人在境外时提交申请。但是申请人也可以在澳大利亚境内递交申请143，除非根据移民法律受到法律限制。这里面举了一个例子，就是如果签证有‘No Further Stay’，就不能在境内申请。 我父母亲现在澳大利亚境内，签证没有8503，本来是想在境内申请864，但是他们不太愿意在境内等12年到下签，和他们商量改成提交143申请。 根据上面的理解，我想他们符合境内提交143申请的条件，不知道理解的对不对？另外有没有人也这样操作过？ 这个是47PA的原文： Offshore visa applicants Note: Parents of any age may apply for one of the following visas: • Parent (Class AX – Migrant) (subclass 103); • Contributory Parent (Class CA – Migrant) (subclass 143); or • Contributory Parent (Class UT – Temporary) (subclass 173) visa, but they must be outside Australia when the visa is granted*. Usually, persons making such applications are outside Australia at the time of application. However, offshore visa applicants may lodge an application while they are in Australia unless they are legally prevented from doing so under migration legislation. For example, persons will be prevented from applying while they are in Australia if they have a ‘No Further Stay’ condition attached to the visa that they hold at time of application. 多谢！ |
