求助，求助，租客在租房期间，洗发香波的瓶掉到地上，打裂了淋浴房的底座，现在淋浴房的底座裂开，需要维修，这是谁的责任，费用是由房东负责还是租客负责，中介已经明确表示这不是租客故意造成，所以由房东负责维修，我心里不服，说到天边也不合理啊！Unfortunately it isn’t the tenants responsibility to fix the shower due to a shampoo bottle dropping… this shouldn’t usually cause a shower base to crack – it was damage the tenant could of prevented nor caused intentionally，这是中介邮件的原话，请各位前辈大神帮我出出主意，维省的租赁法有明确规定吗？我该怎么办？跪求谢谢各位啦！！！ |
