They are trying to get it repaired. If they can't fix it, they will source the part locally. 2. 从我们离开机场一直到我们到达澳大利亚,我们就没有任何方式联系上澳航。没有人联系我们,我们也没法联系他们。我们尝试打电话到机场,打电话到他们留的号码,打电话到澳大利亚的澳航,都没能联系上他们。这也是让我们这些滞留乘客很着急又生气的地方。From the time we left the airport that night until we arrived back in Australia, we have no way of contacting Qantas. We have tried to call the airport, call the number they left for us, call Qantas office in Australia. But we could not find a single responding person from Qantas. 3. 当晚机场工作人员信誓旦旦保证我们可以第二天飞,说就算把后面的乘客都延误了也要让我们先走。结果28号晚上的飞机照常飞,而我们全部都被再次滞留。The ground staff told us that we can definitely fly out the next day, they will delay the normal flight just so that we can be arranged to leave. But the normal flight on 28th Jan departed without any of us. 4. 当晚因为我们要重新办理入境上海,乘客中买了免税物品的被告知都不能带进去。机场人员的意思是要他们把这些物品都扔掉。On the night that we had to re-entered Shanghai, the staff said all the tax free purchases cannot be brought back in. They suggested to passenters that they should throw them out. 注明一下,澳航跟东航拼机的,部分人都是从携程或者其它渠道买的票,然后那些应该全部不会负责 我澳航官网买的票,一个人$1900+来回 另外两个小插曲: 1. 我很多个月前买的,当时是1月26日回,11月时候他们发邮件说航班改了,改成27日回 2. 去程当天凌晨不知道几点,发短信告知飞机会延迟3个小时起飞 |
