看了很多帖子都说中国护照坐邮轮去南太平洋停留New Caledonia不用签证。 谨慎起见，我上法国政府签证网站看了一下，貌似政策发生改变了。 从在2023年8月中旬以后，坐邮轮到New Caledonia 的客人和坐飞机到达的客人，签证要求都一样了。 我又在政府的Visa Wizard链接上输入了相关的信息，也是说要签证。 打电话问签证中心，被告知邮轮stopover时间超过24小时，中国护照要办New Caledonnia的签证。想问问最近持有中国护照去过南太平洋的能否分享一下你的邮轮在New Caledonia停留的时长以及你是否有申请签证？ 另外New Caledonia要求入境要有保险。政策说 用信用卡的保险 的话，written confirmation of insurance from your bank will be required. Any guest who is unable to provide proof of valid international travel insurance will be denied boarding。 信用卡的保险是出发前消费一定的金额并有回程票的就能享有complimentary保险。请问有什么written confirmation of insurance from your bank可以提供呢？ 以下Visa Wizard上的信息说 You need a visa Unless you: Citizen of the European Union or citizen of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, In possession of a long-stay visa or hold a valid residence permit issued by a Schengen member state, Hold a residence permit for Andorra or Monaco. Or a passenger on a cruise ship and you plan to enter and stay during the period of the stopover, and you hold a valid residence permit issued by a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, or issued by Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Canada, Japan or the United States of America authorising readmission to these States, or if you hold a valid visa issued by a French authority for another part of the territory of France.
