First off the mark, Haileybury students have achieved another set of impressive VCE results, with two students attaining highest possible Australian Tertiary Admissions Ranking (ATAR) scores of 99.95. Twelve per cent of students attained an ATAR of 99 and above, placing them in the top 1 per cent of students in Australia, while 33 per cent of Haileybury students attained an ATAR of 95 and above. Almost half (48 per cent) of Haileybury students achieved an ATAR of 90 and above. Thirty-two students received a maximum study score of 50 across subjects including further mathematics, art making and exhibiting, sociology, English, accounting, music contemporary performance and biology. Haileybury’s online school Pangea is also celebrating its first VCE success with the school’s inaugural year 12 graduates. In total, 23 per cent of students attained an ATAR of 90 and above, placing them in the top 10 per cent of students in Australia.
