RRV算permanent visa吗？

申请RRV时有个问题：Has the applicant been absent from Australia for a continuous period of 5 years or more since the date they were granted their most recent permanent visa?
本人获得PR签证后曾经离开澳洲超过5年，但获得本次RRV签证后没有离开澳洲超过5年，这个问题答案应该写yes还是no? 搞不清RRV算不算permanent visa
