澳洲出生，1岁多的时候回去了，现在快居住2年半，准备回澳。 想问一下大家，按照第二语言里的规定，这个居住要求36个月是连续，还是累计呢？如果是累计，住一天算一天，是不是意味着以后每年回中国的时间就需要严格限制。否则一不小心就超过36个月了。 最后申请的时候，是必须如实填报呢？ 那是不是有些孩子，每年回国2个月，也很容易就超过36个月了呢。 2.中文 1） 第二语言 除了在澳洲土生土长的ABC，同时满足以下两种情况的孩子也可以选中文第二语言： - 在中文授课的学校上学不超过12个月（no more than 12 months of education in a school where Chinese is the medium of instruction）； -在中国大陆、台湾、香港、澳门累计居住不超过3年（ less than 3 years of residence in any of the VCAA nominated countries or regions (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau)）. 2） 第二语言高级 需要同时满足以下两条： -在中文授课的学校上学不超过7年（ They have had no more than 7 years of education in a school where Chinese is the medium of instruction）； - 在中文授课的学校上学的最高年级不超过维州同等7年级水平（The highest level of education attained in a school where Chinese is the medium of instruction is no greater than the equivalent of Year 7 in a Victorian School）. 3）既不属于1），也不属于2），就是中文第一语言。 这是一个老问题，但是还是想问一下大家，看看能不能又最近的的答案。 感谢！ |
