上个月给爸妈递交的600签证，两个人都有103排队且都有queue date，之前也批过600签证5年的。 后来收到 Bupa Medical Visa Services的邮件 Request for further medical information 认为我爸爸的体检胸片有问题，需要做痰培养还需要三个月后再做一次胸片，但是邮件里有这么一段 Your health assessment cannot proceed without the requested medical information. Note, you have 28 days from the date you receive this letter to provide the required medical information. If you are unable to meet this timeframe and require an extension of time, you can contact Bupa Medical Visa Services by email at HomeAffairs-Offshoreservices@Bupamvs.com.au. 因为邮件中附的884表已经明确要求三个月后再做胸片 - Repeat PA image 3 months after the initial CXR，28天之内肯定没有办法完成，所以我还需要按上面的信息发邮件去要求extension么? 第二个是我妈妈的体检没有问题，签证很快下来了，但是有效期只有三年。前面说了都排了103也有queue date，之前多次进出澳洲，上次批的也是5年的，不太明白了为什么这次只有三年。是因为爸妈一起递交，一个人体检有问题需要进一步检查会影响另一个人么，还有这个可以去argue么? |
