Qualifications & experience Proven experience in Networks & Systems position Network device configuration (Cisco/Watchguard/Sophos including VLANS, VPNs, MPLS and Routing). Windows AD, DHCP, GPO's, DNS, and Radius. Cisco (CCNA / CCNP) or equivalent experience and skills Experience with computer networks infrastructure administration, include but not limited to network structure planning, installation, controlling and management Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security Experience with server management and configuration, including disaster recovery plan and backup plan design and implementation Proficient in Microsoft products, including Windows Server 2012-19, Windows 10, Office, O365, Azure and Exchange Demonstrate experience with ERP support or Application Support Tasks & responsibilities Network administration and device management System administration and user account management First level helpdesk and user training Asset register management Project work as required Develop and maintain documentation Location Bayside and SE Suburbs Starting hourly rate: 40 per hour per experience level. Mandarin/Chinese speaking is a big plus.
