Now into it's fourth year the annual Seven Bridges Walk will returnon Sunday 25 October 2009 bigger and better than ever. The course willbe open from 8am to 5pm on event day. You can register for the eventfrom 2 September by following the links on this site. This is a greatday out for the whole family and it is FREE.

The past three yearrs has seen a total of 24,000 walkers take partin the Seven Bridges Walk and over $100,000 raised for the fourcharities. The event is a great way to see Sydney, benefit your health, join in a great community activity and raise money for charities. Youcan donate online or at any of the event villages or bridges along theway.

It is not a race and everyone is a winner. You can start at any ofthe seven event villages and walk clockwise around as much or little ofthe 25km closed loop circuit as you like. As part of the new offeringsfor the Seven Bridges Walk villages this year there will  be food, music and activities at each of the locations.

The course and facilities will be open from 8am - 5pm on event day.

Participants can start at any village, where they can pick up their event passport which includes a course map.

There will be water stations at each village for participants to fill up their own water bottles.
To assist our four charities in this event we are encouraging peopleto donate online or on event day at any of the seven villages.

Around the course participants will use existing pathways and will therefore need to abide by normal pedestrian road rules.

No special event clearways or road closures will be in place. Therewill be road closures for Breakfast On The Bridge, please seerta.nsw.gov.au/newsevents for details

All participants walk in a clockwise direction only, this is to ease congestion and make the walk safer for all.

Outdoor activities carry their own risks of injury and death. The Organizer has no any control over what the participant does, and cannot accept any liability for any loss or accidents which the participant might suffer.
