About the Role We are looking for a motivated person with a positive can-do attitude to join our friendly team on a 12- month Maternity Leave Contract. The main purpose of this role is to provide support for all purchasing related activities throughout the business. Reporting to Procurement Manager, your duties include but not limited to: Assist the Purchasing Manager through the coordination of national purchasing, product and inventory management activities Work closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure best practice and timeliness of delivery of products Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs Document sorting and filing About you Ideally this role will suit the candidate who has following skills: Sound experience of the purchasing/procurement function Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills Self-motivated, energetic & a quick thinker Medium to advance excel skills Fluent mandarin speaking Benefits: In return for your commitment and hard work, our doors are wide open for you to build your career with training and development.
