Auriton Development is seeking an Admin clerk on a full-time basis(9:30 am-5:30 pm). • Join a reputable and well-established property development company • Dynamic team orientated organisation -mentor focused -bright modern offices • Great career prospects with our expanding business • Salary Package $45,000- $55,000 +Super (depending on experience) Responsibilities: • Greeting incoming guests & having them sign -in, informing the staff they have visitor • Booking meetings and scheduling events and preparing meeting minutes • Keeping reception area and kitchen tidy • Reading and responding to emails and answering phone calls • Ordering office stationery and supplies • Preparing attendance sheet • Managing client database • Preparing contracts under the instruction of the directors • Assisting the Migration Agent in preparing documentation for visa applications • Managing immigrant clients’ email chains and meeting minutes • Collecting documents for immigrant clients’ visa preparation from different departments • Providing other administrative support as required Requirements: • Very strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Fluent in Mandarin and English, excellent in writing; • Excellent verbal and communication skills, including a professional phone manner • Ability to establish priorities and work effectively on multiple initiatives concurrently. • The ability to work methodically with high attention to detail; • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office and Outlook. • An excellent work ethic • Punctual and reliable If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your detailed resume with ID photo and cover letter to info@auriton.com.au |
