Office Administration Manager
•        Admin, Accounting & Office Support
•        Full time - Salary $55,000- $60,000 (depending on experience)

We are a local plumbing and bathroom renovation company based in the Sutherland Shire with an office in Kurnell, looking for an office administration manager 5 days per week 8am to 4pm, although part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.

We are a close-nit plumbing and bathroom renovation company, servicing homes and businesses throughout the Sutherland Shire. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction, with a long list of loyal customers who refer us to their friends and family. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic, loyal, capable, and friendly office admin manager to join our team.
The Role
The role requires a highly organised individual who thinks and plans ahead, is self-motivated and can work autonomously, ensuring our business runs smoothly at all times. Our previous staff member was with us for over a decade, so we are looking for someone who is in it for the long-haul! You will be:
•        Answering phone calls to the public
•        Scheduling and assigning jobs on the Aroflo job management software
•        Liaising with plumbers out on their jobs, who need parts or equipment ordered for them
•        Managing the sales process – entering purchase orders from suppliers to their corresponding jobs, and reconciling received payments through Aroflo and Xero
•        Accounts receivable follow up and chasing, as well as accounts payable in Xero (all other accounts are completed by a book keeper)
•        Ordering stock for both current jobs and office supplies
•        Filing management
•        Customer relationship management – sending out reminders to customers for regular services etc
•        General administration tasks as required by the business owners and plumbers
You will have:
•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly communication style
•        Experience using Xero for accounts payable and receivable
•        Experience using Aroflo is preferred but not required, as training will be given
•        Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office
•        At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•        Be an autonomous and self-motivated worker, with good time management skills
•        Excellent at organisation – our ideal candidate will have completed outstanding tasks before we need to ask
•        Confident and friendly
