Your Responsibilities will include: Handling day-to-day operations and incoming calls with an aim to generate leads. Assist the sales consultants in process & dispatch orders, follow-up payments and interact directly with customers. Deal with highly competitive, market-leading Solar products. Be a naturally awesome SERVICE-extraordinaire by following a sales framework. Provide great customer experience to obtain quality sales outcomes. Record time and attendance for employees. Handle office tasks and administration duties that support business operations. To be successful in this role, you will require the following: Relevant experience in sales or administrative experience in a similar role (Solar industry is a bonus). Excellent communication skills and great phone manner. Microsoft Office proficient. Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative team. Motivated to close deals and work towards KPI’s. A commitment to quality and compliance. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
