We are seeking an experienced Construction Site assistant /manager to support our construction team, based in Burwood VIC,This key role will manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. Some key accountabilities of this role include: Coordinate and manage trades and suppliers, establish a reliable trade base Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations Complete inspections and appropriate paperwork Weekly KPI reporting WHAT YOU WILL OFFER Ideally, we are looking for someone who has: Experience in a similar role supervising residential home builds OR residential construction experience and a strong trade background A thorough understanding of Australian building and WHS regulations and quality assurance systems A white card (completed the general construction induction course) A valid driver's licence Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group and deliver excellent customer service Strong time management, IT and administration skills An eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team. 需有有效工作签证，Construction Management相关专业毕业，有无工作经验皆可，待遇从优。 公司自2009年成立以来，提供“一站式”服务等解决方案，诚信经验，吸引了更多的客户，实现了迅猛发展。公司业务涵盖开发，建筑，childcare，物业管理，金融服务。现招construction site manager 一名期待与公司共同成长进步。公司网站：https://www.everkeen.com.au/ 请发简历到Jay@everkeen.com.au我们review您的简历后会即刻联系您！ |
