We are looking for an individual who is an autonomous, self-driven professional who takes pride in providing timely IT related resolutions. Role & Responsibility will include but not limited to: • Provide excellent Level 1 and Level 2 Customer Support • Act as first point of contact for IT Support on site • Manage the IT Helpdesk System to ensure timely resolution of support requests • Meet Service Level Agreements for incidents and requests • Maintain the IT asset inventory • Document IT support processes to create efficiencies • Desktop Support: Printers, Workstations, Mobile\Phone setup, Onboarding and Offboarding employees and desktop application installation. • Video Conferencing support • Network troubleshooting & support • PC supports, most PCs running Windows 10, however 5% PCs are MacBook. Ideally you will possess: • Level 1 and Level 2 IT Helpdesk Support experience with proven field support capability. • Windows 10/Office 365/Active Directory support experience • Proven hardware support experience • The ability to work in an autonomous environment • Good problem-solving skills • Strong customer focused mindset |
