Afterpay has been acquired by Block, Inc and will be delisted on Wednesday January 19.
As a holder of APT you should have received the detailed scheme of arrangement from the relevant share registry.
By default if you reside in Australia or New Zealand you will receive 0.375 Block (SQ2) CDI for every APT share.

Wednesday Jan 19 | APT delists from the ASX and is no longer able to be traded
Thursday Jan 20 | Block (SQ2) CDI officially lists on the ASX (deferred settlement basis)*
Tuesday Feb 1 | All APT shareholders receive the Scheme of Consideration they are entitled
Wednesday Feb 2 | Commencement of trading under normal settlement (T+2) on the ASX
