Due to our current expansion, we are now requiring an experienced Mortgage Broker/Loan Writer to join our team. Key Responsibilities will be: Lodge and monitor loan applications Assess serviceability Generate compliance documents Complete file management and follow ups Liaise with clients and lenders. To be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience as a mortgage broker or loan writer Attention to detail and accuracy, and an ability to multitask Impeccable phone manner with strong written and verbal skills Highly motivated and organized Strong computer and office skills |
