A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced, self-motivated Sales Representative to grow and help our NSW industrial batteries business to the next level. Core Responsibilities This role is required to establish & develop customer relationships while maintaining a quality customer services with existing customers by effectively selling the company industrial batteries to meet the customer inquiries, as well as identifying new business opportunities and grow the business. In addition to the above you will also be responsible for: 1. Achieve sales targets as per sales plan. 2. Actively promote the company products/services to meet customers’ objectives. 3. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the industrial & UPS battery market to identify and pipeline of potential customers aligned with company strategies. 4. Ability to grow the professional skillset to ensure deep technical understanding of customer requirements and the UPS & Industrial Battery solutions Methodology. 5. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess the following: 1. Proven sales experience in an wholesale industry is preferable 2. Battery Knowledge in similar areas will be preferred but not essential. 3. Strong problem solving and objection handling skills. 4. Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills. 5. A self-managed, motivated and energetic approach. 6. A current driver’s licence.
