townhouse的一楼，约20多平方的厅，上面只有顶，没有二楼房间（不是那种二楼安全覆盖一楼的那种townhouse）。 起先是天花板左边一角发现出了大拇指的黑色霉，那说明漏水了。拖拖拉拉和bodycorp交涉，最后大概率是保险不管。来了一家西人（bodycorp帮忙找的）第一次报价1600多刀。和bodycorp谈妥说他承担25%然后建筑封城外加地震了一次。之后某天发现这个厅的天花板中间和右边也有水痕了。 今天那个报价的西人本来是到屋顶量尺寸定做什么东西下周给我修屋顶要用到，我给他看了新出现的漏水痕迹，他俩又爬上去忙活半天，刚才跟我和bodycorp更新报价说他不能精确报价，估计在5-7000刀之间，plus gst。 我就只记得反复提及insufficient flashing。以下他原话 I propose to completely remove and re-configure the existing flashings that seal the lounge roof to the second level.
