愤怒， 没想到会被骗，还骗得这样惨。 事情是这样的。去年电话到期，在澳洲新报的周刊上看到K-LINK的广告，选了一款不要手机无月费送三十电话费的一年合同的计划，当时说的很好，每月按话费计最低消费30元，先付款，一年后退回。如果转台加送一百元优惠。因为以前很多公司也搞过类似的计划，就没觉得有什么可疑。而且他们开出VOUCHER并不是他们自己这个小店的，是Cashback Australia Promotion Pty Ltd。一切看起来都很正规。在服务小姐信誓旦旦保证全额退回的情况下，就签了这个合同。如今一年到期，本应退钱了。前天却接到Australasian Administrative 寄给我们的一封信。告诉我们并非全额退款，只能按比例退钱的，象我们这种情况只给退了25%.有什么问题，请找k-Link的Edward Chen协商，和他们没关系了。我们很奇怪给我们VOUCHER的公司和退钱的公司怎么不一样，他们是什么关系，又跟K-LINK是什么关系。没办法回头找K-LINK，才发现短短一两周连店名都换了，现在叫金鸿电讯。地址没变电话没变，却跟我们说是新开的店，以此来抵赖。那个什么Edward Chen 根本找不到，打过去接电话的人态度特好，说很快给我们打回来，可左等右等也没人打电话过来，更别提给个合理的解释了。典型的骗子，一到期怕债主找他算账就关门，换个名字又开始骗下一拨人。用这种卑鄙的方法不知道骗了多少人，那可是几百块呢。  最惨的是我的手机今年10月到期，因为懒得换公司，在他们的不停的电话催促下就在那里又签了两年的合同，现在这种情况真不知道怎么办才好。持续被骗呀！  请问大家在澳洲发生这种情况吗？有没有可以投诉的地方？我手里有他们去年的广告和合同。还有今年新签的合同和给我的voucher。昨天仔细看了一下合同，发现在背面有一行不起眼的小字写着根据当时的收益情况可能不能全额退还，是不是就是因为有这一条他们才有恃无恐呢？请各位给我指个招该怎么办呀。 他们在CALINGFORD有一家店。地址：106A,LVL1,CARLINGFORD 电话：02-9872-8966 在CITY还有一家店。地址：SUITE2 LEVEL 1,15 GOULBURN ST (大娘水饺旁边） 请大家自己小心，也互相转告自己的朋友，不要去这家店买手机或作计划。以免被骗。 很生气写的颠三倒四的，不知道大家看懂了没有。  附这家叫Australasian Administrative Commercial Fund Pty Ltd 公司给我们的信。 Dear Customer It is with our great pleasure that we enclose a cheque from the Australasian Administrative Commercial Fund 。As you made your purchase from a retailer who was taking part in the Cashback promotion you have received this free gift as a valued customer of his establishment .
