计划在School Holiday的时候短途出游一下，经过堪培拉转一圈。本来觉得NSW-ACT 边界并没有关，应该是没问题的，但是看了一下ACT的Travel Advice以后有点反而糊涂了。这个页面说的不清不楚的：

If you have recently been in New South Wales, you should keep up to date with the public health alerts from NSW Health.
People who have been in the Greater Sydney Area (excluding transit through Sydney airport) are advised not to visit or work in high-risk settings, including aged care facilities, hospitals and correctional facilities, for a period of 14 days after leaving the Greater Sydney Area.
There is no requirement for these people to quarantine.
这里说不鼓励“受COVID19影响地区”（包括维州和大悉尼地区）的居民访问ACT，但是没有说明白究竟许不许去？会不会被拦下？
最近有去过堪培拉的同学吗？或者住在堪培拉的同学来讲讲，究竟是个什么情况啊？这个究竟是说不让去，还是说虽然可以取，但是去了以后会挨白眼啊？ |
