因为有投资房，申请的最后要求上传的材料中有一项是： - your most recent income tax return and financial statement e.g. profit & loss statement, balance sheet and depreciation schedules for each property. 1. 上财年的tax return详细情况我从ATO里面下载了，里面有rental一项，这个可以算作profit and loss statement吗? 2. 那 property 的balance sheet是什么？ 3. depreciation schedules 是只要把之前付费请折旧公司做的那份折旧表格上传就可以了是吧？ 不知道有没有遇到过同样情况的帮忙解答下，谢谢了。 |
