Ethic& Governance的Study Guide里面有Reflection questions是章节后面的答案里面没有的，请问这种问题答案在哪里可以找到？ 是Module3 的P196页，“Do you agree with the idea that different directors within the same organisation may be held to have a different standard of care based on their qualifications?” 这道题是不是就是对应前面讲到的Duty of care, skill and diligence？有提到有两种情况会导致directors会有不同的standard of care |
