At a small concert held in our office building in June, there was a song with dramatic pauses of nice guitar work that I really couldn’t figure out its name no matter how hard I tried. I’d started reading an Aussie book named “Love at first flight” by Tess wood, a book given by a book club friend. A story about a lady Mel, fell in love with a guy Matt who she met on a flight and had an obsessive affair later on. Just before I set off for another book club gathering at Father’s Office in the city, I grabbed the book thinking I should read it on the train…… Googled the book “Fifty shades” from the movie "Book club". Excitingly, the google work discovered the exact song lingering in my mind for such a long time, its name is “Never tear us apart”! [yt]nU-0964kOO8[/yt] The book “Love at first flight” got lost on the gathering day, nobody knows how and where I lost it. I went to Father’s Office again to see if it was left there, the manager checked for me and said “Sorry, I'm afraid no.” I went to the Lost Property office at Flinders Street Station, still no luck. I don’t know how to deal with this book on GoodReads, it's neither a “To read” nor a “Current reading” nor a “Read”…... Don’t have to tell you, I love your precious heart. |
